Where to start? Came to Boston University from the Jersey Suburbs looking for some excitement and to maybe pick up some education along the way. Josh was an interesting character on a few doors down in the dorm and he had a certain charisma...meaning he was old enough to buy booze. He also had a guitar and could actually play , so in an effort to annoy our floormates and meet girls, the two of us joined forces and began making our mark playing coffee houses sponsored by BU's Stage Troupe, him on guitar and me trying desperately to sing. Through various line ups and name changes including drummers who couldn't drum, guitarists who couldn't play and a singer who couldn't sing (but wasn't budging because I WAS HERE FIRST GODAMMIT), the superheros of Rock n Roll were born, UNWASHED AND DISGUSTED, the smart ass love child of R & B and Punk. Ethan "Liquorsto'" Lipkin on Guitar and Vocals, Chris Greacen Bass Player Extrordinare, the Fast Talking Rhythm Rocking Karl Williams on Drums, the Man Who Could Sleep for 3 Days Straight Josh D.C. Wilburn on Guitar and Vocals and Yours Truly, Luke Cunningham Yelling Himself Silly. Good friends, good times.
Maybe we didn't change the world, but we had fun.
